I got that summertime, summertime sadness....

RYAN GOSLING IS A BABY DADDY!
RYAN GOSLING AND EVA MENDES EXPECTING FIRST CHILD!
EVA MENDES PREGNANT WITH HER AND RYAN GOSLING'S FIRST CHILD! (Love how they added that "First" in as if it's going to happen a second time.  Hmmph!)

Well holy shit.  Excuse my language please, but damn.....really?!?!!!!  I cannot believe this.  For real???  I know they haven't "confirmed" it, but it's true.  She was totally pregs on the Ellen show back in February.  That lame "I'd rather have a personal pat down instead of going through the scanners at the airport" excuse seems pretty obvi now.  I mean, who would rather have a personal pat down by a complete stranger??  According to every gossip website on the planet she's 7 months prego.  The only thing that gives me comfort is knowing that I, too, was 7 months pregnant this time last year and HURGE.  My luck, she's probably the sexiest pregnant lady on earth, and he's all "Hey girl, let me rub your feet, give you back rub, and run you a bubble bath" and "You're so sexy carrying my baby."  Gah!!!  I can't take it!  It was supposed to be MEEEEEEEE!!!!  Or Rachel McAdams.  What is this world coming to???!!!???

I'm not going to bash Eva Mendes (although I really, really want to) but I'm impressed. Job well done, sister.  I'll admit, this child is going to be gorge: a part Canadian/Latina Gos baby.  Grrrr......that's all I can muster!  For now, let's just have a moment of silence and remember the good ole' days.....

NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Peace out, y'all.  I'm putting the dirty dancing scene of "Crazy.Stupid.Love" on repeat.  Can't stop won't stop.

Ryan G 4 EVA.

Hey girl, hey!

It's been a few days since I last blogged and although I wish I could say we've been doing lots of exciting things, the truth is we've been very low- key.  I'm completely fine with that, though.  Being this big and this far along in pregnancy your energy is pretty much zapped all the time.  Not to say there weren't some exciting things that happened over the weekend.......

My brother and sister-in-law had their twin baby boys Friday.  Adam and I are in love.  They are the cutest little snuggle-muffins!  My sister-in-law and I had the same due date, but of course she had to deliver a couple of weeks earlier since she had two instead of one in her belly.  Here's a pic of the munchkins:

Kain & Gunner

Saturday evening we spent time with my in-laws who were in town for the twins birth.  They live in North Carolina and bless their hearts, they'll be back in just a couple of weeks for Harper's birth.  Adam and I are so lucky to have such a great support system!

Yesterday, my sister came down for the day to hang out with me, Aaron, and my mom.  Our last "girls" day (sorry Aaron Mo) before our fourth girl joins us!  We went to lunch, ate way too much food, then came back to my house and watched The Place Beyond the Pines (the Ryan G/Bradley C movie).  As you all know, my obsession with Ryan Gosling knows no end.  I.love.him.always. Ride.or.die.  With that being said, he did freak me out, just a tad, in this movie.  This movie is really good, btw.  It's definitely worth the Red Box rental if you're in the mood for a dark drama.  It is long and hard to watch at times.  Basically, it's a movie about fathers and sons, the choices they make, and how they affect these relationships.  As we all know, Bradly C is a hottie with a body himself, and looks pretty much adorable in this movie.  RyGy, on the other hand, looks like this:

Do I still heart him?  Absolutely.  If he approached me looking like this in real life and said "Hey girl.  I know I have a blood tattoo on my face and all, but will you still love me forever and save me from this thug life?"  I would say without a doubt, yes, yes, YES!  Then, I would whip out my worn-down, scratched-up DVD of Crazy, Stupid, Love that I have psychotically watched nonstop, and show him how amazing he looks in Alexander McQueen and Yves Saint Laurent.  Then, I would make him do his "big Dirty Dancing move" on me, where he would probably fall over and break his back.  Ahhh.....the romance!!!

And one more because I just can't help myself:

Ohhhh, Harper.  Your mama has so much to share with you!!

We need to discuss...

Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling.  They're still together, y'all.  Eva proved that on Ellen this week when she refused to discuss him or his abs.  Ugh!  Why?  And the thing is, I kinda like her.  She seemed to be a really nice person.  Plus, she's gorge.  He's gorge.  He'll probably marry her.  (Sad face.)  The only thing that might throw a wrench into those plans is our resident wild card, Rachel McAdams.  Girlfriend is single now, and we all know how much Ryan hearts Rachel.  Wonder if she's already calling him playing the sad, but brave independent woman card?  Heck, I know I would!  As you can see, I'm really into this whole dynamic.  Anything involving Ryan Gosling sends me into crazy girl territory.  I.Love.Him.

This random Ryan G posting is brought to you by prego brain.

This pregnancy has made me cray-cray.  All I want to do is listen to 90's R&B, daydream about Adam Levine (and Ryan Gosling), eat lots of dessert, and sleep.  Oh, and I've also been craving a Bloomin' Onion from Outback.  Thankfully, my wish was granted last night when I met three of my girlfriends for dinner at....you guessed it...Outback!  Since I'm officially 14 weeks today, I've got to start reigning in these crazy eating habits.  My next doc appointment is this coming Tuesday and while I'm so excited to hear my sweet sugarplum's heartbeat, I'm dreading stepping on that scale.  Why do I do this to myself??

Let's talk about Walking Dead (warning: spoilers ahead!)
  •  The Guvnah went psychotic and killed his own people.  Shocker.  Where did he go?  And more importantly, why did Martinez and that other random guy get back in the truck with him?
  • The Guvnah killed Milton who in turn went all zombie and bit Andrea.  Andrea killed herself while Michonne watched....and cried.  Michonne is never supposed to cry.  And can I just say that I was sad watching Andrea go?  I know that's hypocritical as I've bashed her every chance I've gotten, but she did become a major character and all she wanted was to be back with Rick & Co.
  • Carl is psycho.  I'm sorry, I know there are some Carl fans out there, but I think he sucks.  Who does this lil dude think he is?!  He shot a random guy in the face for no reason, and then pitched a toddler fit when Rick brought the people of "Mulberry" back to the prison.  Honey, you're three feet tall and in desperate need of a haircut- shut up.
  • I hate we didn't get to see Daryl at his finest (mmmhmmm) Sunday night.  He should've been the one to take the Guvnah down.  However, he did break out that ugly-a$$ poncho which always makes for great television.  Love.him.
I think Rick needs a lovah' for Season 4.  Everybody else is getting it on with somebody (except Daryl and if they put him with Carol I'm going to throw up in my mouth)!

Happy Friday, y'all!!

Tuesday Ramblings

I was so busy yesterday trying to update y'all on celebrity sightings and baby showering, that I forgot to mention one very important thing.........

HAPPY BELATED 32ND BIRTHDAY, RYAN GOSLING!!!
May all your dreams and wishes come true this year....including dumping Eva Mendes, starring as Christian Grey in 50 Shades, and filming a Drive sequel.  Wait- those are my dreams and wishes! ;)  MUAH!!!

Now for our Walking Dead recap:
  • As if I couldn't be more in love/obsessed with Daryl, he went on a frantic search for formula for baby girl, then rushed back to hold her, feed her, and possibly name her.  As Chris Hardwick said on Talking Dead, "I just ovulated."
  • Rick is mental.  I can't decide if I'm surprised or not.  I will say that I'm still quite disturbed over the bloated zombie that consumed Lori; I don't think that picture will ever leave my head.
  • Michonne hightailed it out of "Woodbury."  Thank God.  I really don't think I could have handled another week of that attitude.  Girl, chill and go eat a hot dog.
  • Governor's walker daughter.  O.M.G.  I kinda love her.  Was it just me or did she calm down when the Governor told her to?  Is there still some human lurking around in that zombie brain?
  • I heart Merle.
  • As a side note, Daryl needs to get rid of the poncho.  It's hein.
  • Zombie Fight Club?  Normally I am anti-Andrea as I find her extremely annoying; however, I did find that whole shindig weird.
Okay, something needs to be said so I'm just going to say it.  I'm real stressed by all these people sleeping together in this post-apocalyptic world and their hygiene.   Whenever there is sex involved (Glen and Maggie) all I can think about is, "When did they last bathe?"  I know it's weird but it bothers me.  I mean, have y'all seen them shower since the first season at the CDC?  It seems that while breaking into all these houses they would have found some Bath and Body Works Country Apple shower gel or something, right?

Alright, one last thing.  Let's appreciate how gorge our Robby Patts looked last night at the Breaking Dawn 2 premiere:

Delicious
Word on the street is, KStew's being a biyatch and not letting RPatty touch and/or kiss her.  I say dump her and her cheating arse.  She doesn't deserve him and his amazing head of hair, pretty baby blues, and hot English accent.  Girlfriend is lucky he even took her back.

That's my rant for the day.

Oh, and Aaron has Pink Eye.  Grreeeatt.

Enjoy your afternoon!

Thankful

Over the past week, many people on Facebook and Twitter have been posting what they are thankful for each day.  Although I am not posting about my thankfulness daily, I thought I would post some things I am thankful for today and every day.
  • I'm thankful for my son.  My sweet, happy, wild, adventurous, spirited, Thomas the Train-loving two year old.  Each day when I hear "Mommy" over that monitor, and I walk into his room and see him grin a huge Sponge Bob smile at me, I know that God gave me the best job on the planet.
  • I'm thankful for my hubby.  He loves me and our little family so much.  He works tirelessly to provide for us.  He is the smartest man I know.  He is the kindest man I know.  I often ask him, "What did you do before we met?  It must have been something awful." because, bless his heart, he got stuck with me (ha)!
  • To add to that, I'm thankful that my hubby has a great job that allows me to stay home with our son.  After going back to work for a very short period of time earlier this year, I realized that being home with our child is where I'm needed.  And for that, I'm thankful for the jobs I did have, because had I not taken those positions I would not fully appreciate being able to be a stay-at-home-mama!  With all of that being said, yes, if I were to have a great career where I made good money and truly loved what I was doing, I would be thankful for that opportunity.  I truly believe everything works out for a reason.
  • I'm thankful for parents that offer me and my family all the love and support that we need and my sister- the Tia to my Tamara!
  • I'm also thankful for my incredible friends.  It's true, the older you get the smaller your circle becomes.  However, my circle is beautiful, hilarious, fun, creative, loving, and I could not be more blessed for these relationships.
Okay, a thankful list would not be complete without some randoms so here goes:
  • I'm thankful for dry shampoo.  Without it, my day 2 hair would resemble KStew circa 2009:

  •  I'm thankful for: RyGy, ASkars, and JHutch, and (lately) Adam Levine because you make my dreams so, SO sweet.

  •  I'm thankful for weddings because without them we wouldn't have Bachelorette parties and without Bachelorette parties we wouldn't have a good excuse to listen to old-school Kilo Ali and wear feather boa's.
  • This week, I'm especially thankful for Mint Oreo Fudge Cremes as I have already consumed 3 of them.

That is all.....for today anyway. ;)  Happy Friday!!

Would you rather??

People finally released the much-anticipated Justin/Jessica wedding pic cover today.  Here it is in all of it's (or should I say Justin's) glory:

These are my thoughts:
  • I feel bad for Jessica.  She got the raw end of the deal.  She picked the wrong Mouseketeer!  Hello?!  Ryan G??!  Do I need to break out the "Cry for You" performance??

  • Another reason I feel bad for Jessica: that hein dress.  Why, why, WHY???  She's so beautiful.  I think a touch of pink (a sash, a pair of shoes, a garter) is great.  A dress dipped in pink?  Too much.  Plus, she's the bride.  It's her day.  Why is he the center of attention?  So not surprising.  Look at her face: she's totally questioning what the hell she's got herself into.
I give it a year, y'all.

Those are my thoughts.  Honestly, I'm just over it.  He hasn't done much for me since 2007.

This guy on the other hand:

Um, yes. (image courtesy of people.com)
I can only imagine the dramz I will inflict upon myself once he and Eva (biotch that pretty Cuban actress) announce their engagement.  Lots of heavy drinking, no showering, Edy's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream consuming, double features of Murder By Numbers/Crazy, Stupid, Love replaying over and over again.  Adam's seriously going to divorce me.

Which do you prefer?  This?

Or this hotness:

I thought so. ;)

Musings

Happy Tuesday, everyone!  It's a rainy day in Georgia and I am loving it.  I've got a great excuse to wear stretchy pants, drink coffee, play DVR catch up during nap time (while also catching up on laundry), cuddle with my baby and fur baby, and search Pinterest for something yummy for dinner.

I hope y'all had a good weekend!  We spent it with family.  Besides the fact that the hubs was MIA, we had a nice couple of days.  Check my Instagram for pics if you're interested. ;)

I joined the gym today.  I've already FB status updated and tweeted this, as this is big news in the Mosely hacienda.  I honestly cannot remember the last time I stepped a New Balance sneaker into the gym.  I had an epiphany over the weekend, "why don't I join a gym?"  I was sipping on a glass of wine while in the tub Saturday night, studying my flabby belly (stretch marks, froyo, french fries), and it occurred to me "my a$$ needs to be in the gym."  After researching gyms in the area, I found a very convenient one down the road that offers free childcare 6 days/week.  How can I pass that up??  I literally have no excuse.  So, here goes.  By the way, how many times did I use gym in this paragraph?

Don't tell my hubby, but I bought the Hunger Games DVD yesterday.  (Rut-roh)  It's an obsession.  It's turning unhealthy.  I just cannot get over this face (and jaw line):

#4 Boyfriend (1- Rpatz; 2- RyGy; 3- ASkars).  This is ridonk.

And in other tween news, Breaking Dawn part 2 comes out in exactly 60 days.  Wonder if Rpatz and KStew will get it together for the interview circuit?  Either way, he's still #1 Boyfriend

Enjoy your day!!
